For Selling Your Bag

We are pleased to offer our assistance in every way possible to help you sell your bag without any hassle.
We understand that selling your bag can be a significant decision, and we want to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Before proceeding with the trade, we ask that you review the following terms and pointers carefully to ensure that you are fully informed and comfortable with the transaction process.
Our team at Mayas Brand Studio is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service, and we are always available to answer any questions you may have about the selling process. We look forward to the opportunity to assist you in selling your bag quickly and easily.
- Bring Your Bag to Our Office: To ensure a smooth and secure transaction process, we require that you bring your bag to our office, located at Office 802, Dome Tower, Custer N, JLT, Dubai. Our team will inspect the bag in person to confirm its condition and authenticity.
- Provide Original Documents: It is essential to provide original documentation supporting that the bag is authentic and 100% original. This documentation may include receipts, certificates, or any other relevant paperwork.
- Entrupy Authentication: If you do not possess the required documentation, we can help you obtain an Entrupy authentication. However, please note that this service will be charged separately. The authenticity result is subject to the discretion of Entrupy and may take up to 6-12 hours to generate a certificate.
- Negotiation Process: Once the authenticity of the bag is confirmed, we can begin the negotiation process. Please note that negotiations will only commence after the certificate is generated.
- Payment Release: Upon successful negotiation, we will require 24-36 hours to release payment to your bank account. We ensure a timely payment process to make your selling experience as hassle-free as possible.
