Overview Refund and Returns Policy

At MBS, we take great care in ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Should the need arise, we offer a return policy for our valued customers. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • For a customer to make a claim that the bag is not authentic, they must be able to provide verifiable proof to support their claim. This proof can take several forms, including but not limited to a certificate of authenticity from a reputable third-party authenticator, or clear and convincing visual evidence. The certificate of authenticity should be issued by a reputable organization or individual who is well-known for their expertise in authenticating the specific type of item in question. The visual evidence should be detailed, high-resolution images that clearly show any discrepancies or defects that indicate the item is not authentic. Additionally, the customer should be prepared to provide any other relevant information or documentation that may be required to support their claim of authenticity.

  • The item is not in the same condition as described on our website. This means that if the item is described as “new,” it should be free of any signs of wear or use. If the item is described as “pre-loved,” there should be no significant damage or wear beyond what is typical for a gently used item, and vice versa. Most of the details related to the product and its wear and tear are provided on the website on the product’s page.

  • The item must be returned undamaged and in its original condition, with all original packaging, papers, tags, and any other materials that were included with the item when it was originally shipped to the customer. This includes any dust bags, authenticity cards, or other materials that were originally included with the item.

Furthermore, we offer an optional service of authenticity certification through Entrupy which includes:

  • 150 AED for Chanel and other brands
  • 550 AED for Hermes bags
  • 750 AED for Hermes exotic leather (crocodile, lizard) bags.

Kindly note that authenticity certification is an optional service and is not a requirement for the refund policy. Additionally, items returned without original packaging, papers, or any signs of wear or damage may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.
